Nailsea Extension Render

The Project

A builder approached us seeking a team of professional rendering contractors to complete their construction project on a Nailsea home. The new side extension was intended to provide much needed extra space for the residents, but it needed a finishing touch. The desired exterior façade would look clean, modern, and visually attractive, as well as crucially matching up with the existing structure to form a single, cohesive property. Webster SRS created the perfect solution for this new addition.

The Finish

The extension and the existing building needed to be treated differently. The extension was finished using a one coat render. After preparing the surface, it was spray applied to the highest standard. The existing building required a base coat and a top coat to achieve the durability and precision the builder was looking for. Once the rendering was complete, both the existing and new section of the building had a weatherproof, fully colour matched, high quality exterior.
