Tickenham Re-Render

The Project

Render needs replacing every few decades, especially if the original render system is poor quality. When a homeowner in Tickenham approached us to refresh the exterior appearance of their entire property, we knew we had the experience necessary to achieve a stunning result. The home had large areas of tired and broken render, which all needed to be removed before we got started. The project posed many challenges, such as aluminium windows which needed to be worked around extremely carefully.

The Finish

With precision, attention to detail, and efficiency, we got to work. First, we needed to hack off all the existing render, taking great care around the metal windows. Then, we prepared the surface for re-rendering, before spray applying a base coat. Once this had effectively cured, we spray applied the final top coat. The finished exterior façade was modern, consistent, and professional, totally transforming the appearance of the property.
