The Project

Webster SRS was approached by a property developer, looking for an experienced and reliable team of through colour render specialists to complete their new development. The developer wanted to enhance each of the 7 new build homes with a clean and modern look and feel. They also wanted to make sure the new properties were weather resistant, durable, and built to last – something we knew our render could help achieve.

The Finish

Our team of approved Ecorend and VPI contractors got to work, preparing the surface of each property, and spray applying a single coat finish render across each site. The project was completed with efficiency and precision, resulting in a bold white accented façade. Since project completion, all of the new properties have been successfully sold, and are now contemporary and attractive new homes.
